RUSTON – The Northwestern State tennis team's fall season has come to a sooner-than-expected end.

The threat of inclement weather has caused the cancelation of the Bulldog Invitational, set for Saturday and Sunday at the Louisiana Tech Tennis Complex.

The tournament would have been the fifth of the fall for Northwestern, which last competed Oct. 16-18 at the Bearkat Invitational at Sam Houston.
