Taishia Holt is a native of Jefferson, Texas, and is a health and exercise science major who plans to become a track coach after graduation. Holt specializes in the 100 and 200 dashes and is a product of Jefferson High School. Holt was part of the Lady Demon team that posted its high-ever indoor finish of second place in the 2018 Southland Conference Championship, and was a member of the team that scored the highest ever point total of 133 points in the 2017 Southland Outdoor Championship.
