Lady Demons host Red Wolves on Saturday

NATCHITOCHES – The Northwestern State women's tennis team returns to the court after almost two weeks since its last match to host Arkansas State on Saturday morning at the Jack Fisher Tennis Complex at 11 o'clock.
 
The Lady Demons (3-3) most recently fell to Texas San Antonio 4-3 on February 17.
 
The Red Wolves enter the match at 2-3 after falling to Florida International 2-5 last Sunday.
 
Junior Polina Konop and freshman Natalya Krutova lead the Lady Demons in singles competition with each sporting a 5-1 record.
 
Konop and Krutova have teamed up to go 3-3 in doubles play at the No. 2 position.
 
Sophomore Tatiana Larina and senior Andrea Nedorostova lead NSU in doubles action with a 5-1 record at the No. 1 spot.
 
Larina is 3-3 in singles competition at the No. 1 and 2 spots while Nedorostova sits at 4-2 in the fourth position.
 
Arkansas State is led by sophomore Tamara Slijepcevic who is currently 3-1 at the No. 1 position.
 
The Lady Demons travel to Louisiana Lafayette on Sunday to take on the Ragin' Cajuns. The match is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. at the Cajun Courts.
