2013 Season: Outdoor – Ran a season-best 100m time of 11.07 in the prelims at the SLC Championships, placing 22
nd…member of the second place 4x100 team at the Jim Mize Invitational (40.37).
Indoor- Recorded a season-best 60m time of 7.09 in the prelims at the SLC Championships…tied his personal-best 200m time of 22.33 at the Tyson Invitational.
2012 All-Louisiana Collegiate Track and Field Team
2012 Season: Outdoor- Competed in the 200m, 4x100, 4x200 and 1600m sprint medley…registered a personal-best 200m time of 22.05 at the Cole-Lancon Invitational, placing fifth…member of the fourth-place 4x100 team at the SLC Championships (40.32)…finished 19
th in the 4x100 at the NCAA East Preliminaries…member of the first place 4x200 (1:26.90) and 1600m sprint medley (3:35.23) teams at the Cowboy Relays.
Indoor- Competed in the 55m, 60m, 200m and 4x400…member of the fourth-place 4x400 team (3:29.69) at the Jeff Davis Bank McNeese Invite.
2011 Season: Outdoor- Southland Conference champion as a member of the 4x100 meter relay team when he posted a time of 40.57... had another first place finish in that even at the NSU Leon Johnson Invitational and placed second at the Louisiana Classics... finished first at the Demon Invitational as a member of the 4x400 meter relay squad... also ran the 100 and 200 meters... had two fifth place finishes in the 100 meters... placed 11th at the SLC Championships in the 200 meters and 17th in the 100 meters.
Indoor- ran the 55 meters, 200 meters, and the 4x400 relays… ran a season personal best of 22.33 in the 200 meters at the Texas A&M-Challenge… his 7.01 in the 60 meters at the SLC Indoor Championship prelims, was the 20th fastest time of the season in the league… member of the 4x400 relay team that placed fifth at the SLC meet with a time of 3:18.46 and was marked as the sixth best time in the conference for the season.
2010 Season: Competed in the 200m, 4x100 and the 4x400… placed ninth in the 200m at the Ty Terrell Relays with a 22.39 time… finished first in the 4x100 with a 40.84 time at the Ty Terrell Relays… had two top 10 finishes as a member of the 4x400 relay team… posted a personal best time of 3:27.33 at the Louisiana Classics and finished fourth at the Ty Terrell Relays.
High School: As a senior ran a 10.7 in the 100 meter dash and a 21.7 in the 200 meter dash…made it to state in the 200 meter dash and in the 4x200 meter relay and made it to the third round of the state playoffs in basketball…lettered 2 years in track and 3 years in basketball.
Personal: Son of Carlos Perry and Carrie Hayward…born Nov. 27, 1990…has one sister, Victoria…majoring in industrial engineering…plans to become an industrial engineer.
