High School: Four-year letterman for coach Bryant Sepulvado’s Gators ... named first-team All-District 1-5A and second-team Shreveport Times All-City as a senior after making 21 tackles, 8 pass breakups and 5 interceptions as Captain Shreve reached the second round of the state playoffs ... played in the Louisiana High School Coaches Association All-Star Game after his senior season ... recorded 28 tackles, 5 pass breakups, 3 interceptions and a pair of forced fumbles as a junior, earning all-district honors as the Gators reached the second round of the playoffs ... had 24 tackles, 3 pass breakups and an interception as a sophomore, his first season as a starter ... appeared in three games, making four tackles for a playoff team in his freshman season ... two-year track and field letterman ... graduated with a 3.5 grade point average.
