The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly affected collegiate athletics across the United States. Along with other programs nationally, NSU Athletics has taken measures to adjust to the challenges precipitated by the coronavirus. Please review the links below for a chronology of NSU Athletics' response to the challenges brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. This page will be updated as NSU Athletics navigates through the uncertainties of the pandemic.
 

Northwestern State Guidelines
Access to Athletic Facilities will be limited. Student-athletes needing admittance to facility, should arrange for admittance in advance of their arrival with the department prior to their arrival. Follow procedures for designated entrances and exits for buildings. Face Mask - (preferably cloth), scarf, bandana or other such facial covering shall be worn when approaching, entering and leaving buildings, in halls, walkways, stairwells, elevators, kitchens and break rooms, meeting rooms, and restrooms.   Student-athletes will be expected to social distance and to regularly clean their stations. Stay home if sick. If have been exposed to COVID-19, self-quarantine for 14 days.
