High School: Class AA All-State pick at Cross Roads HS ... played in the Texas High School Coaches Association all-star game ... averaged 17 points, nine assists and seven steals .. lettered four times and was selected sophomore of the year .. a two-time first-team all-district selection and a third-team all-state pick.
