2022 Southland Conference Commissioner’s Spring Honor Roll


2022 Outdoor Season: Competed in five meets in the javelin … opened the season with a personal record 122 at TCU to place eighth …  finished 10^th at the SLC Championships with a 106.

High School: Started throwing the javelin for just one month of her senior year … captured bronze in Class 3A with a throw of 121-10 … district and regional champion in javelin … had offers to play college basketball as an all-state honorable mention player … ran cross country for two seasons … freshman class president, student council member, FCA spirit coordinator and beta member.

Personal: Daughter of Kathy and Steven McCain one brother Truman … nickname is Abs … criminal justice major who wants to open a private family law practice … loves playing basketball … life’s ambition is to put all faith in God and let him carry out his plans for me.
