Sophomore Season (2010):  Played in six contests, starting six...despite only playing 10 games, she finished tied for third on the team with two goals and tied for fourth with five points...one of her goals was a game-winning goal...took 12 shots with six on net...played 572 total minutes.

Freshman Season (2009):  Tied for third on team with 11 points... scored four goals  and three assists... played in 20 games and started in nine... took 26 shots with 9 being on goal... collected two game winners which ranked second on the team behind Chelsey Gibbs... One of those game winners was against Stephen F. Austin in the season finale, her goal was the only goal scored... had a goal and assisted Meghan Hunter against Jacksonville State... did the same in  the Nicholls game helping Chelsey Gibbs as well as scoring her own goal.

Johnson in High School:  First team all-district, team captain, midfielder of the year as a senior... second team all-district as a sophomore and junior... sophomore season, scored five game-winning goals in playoffs to lead her team to a state championship... played club soccer for Dallas Texans... named student of the month in October 2008... A-B Honor Roll... graduated with a 3.8 gpa.

Johnson's Personal:  Born Melodie Karlene Johnson on March 21, 1991... daughter of Deron and Dianne Johnson... one sister, Meagan... majoring in health and human performance... would like to coach at the collegiate level.
