2021-22 Season (COVID-19 Junior): Appeared in nine games, including the first eight of the season … made a field goal in his first six games, including three 3-pointers … didn’t play again after a brief appearance against Texas A&M on Dec. 21 … finished the season with 15 points.

2020-21 Season (Junior): Appeared in 12 games off the Demon bench ... scored six points, hitting two 3-pointers, in his NSU debut against Champion Christian on Dec. 12 ... sank a 3 at the end of a Dec. 22 loss at No. 1 Gonzaga in his home state of Washington ... added another late 3 at Stephen F. Austin in January ... finished 4-for-10 from 3-point range ... made his only two free throws of the season at Missouri State.

Before NSU: Starting in 15 games in two seasons at Eastern Wyoming College, Potts built a resume as a the Lancer’s go-to deep shooter, shooting 43.6% from the 3-point line … as a freshman, shot 50% or higher from three in 12 of his 30 games … helped lead the Lancers to Region IX playoffs in both seasons and a first round victory over Western Wyoming CC.

Personal: Son of Sarah and Jimmy Potts … the oldest of four siblings … exercise science major and business minor … aspires to play professional basketball.
