One of only three four-year players on the squad, Bonin will probably alternate at one starting guard slot ... averaged 7.4 points and 2.2 rebounds in 29 games last season, with a high game of 29 points against Mississippi College in a 132-90 loss to the powerful Lady Choctaws ... a three year letterman at New Iberia High where she was Outstanding Offensive Player twice, Bonin was chosen Most Improved Player after her sophomore year in 1974-75 .. at 5-foot-5 1/2, should provide good depth at the guard slot with a year of starting slots behind her ... Nickname "Do" ... majoring in physical education.
