Came off the bench last season to play a key role in the success of the squad ... finished the season as the team's fourth leading scorer with a 7.6 average even though starting only three out of 31 games ... also averaged 3.4 rebounds per game .. had a high game of 19 points against Southwestern La. ... averaged 6.5 points and 2.5 rebounds per game during her freshman year in 1975-76, playing in 30 games ... also had a 19-point game against Tulane that season ... a three-time All-District performer and a four-year letterman at Midland High School, also earned all-state honors her junior and senior years and helped lead team to state title in 1974 ... chosen to play for the West All-Stars during the annual LHSAA All-Star game following her senior year ... averaged over 16 points a game her senior year ... maybe the most improved player on the squad.
