2007 Season:

Had five top 10 finishes in the hammer throw during the outdoor season and placed ninth at the SLC Championships with a personal best 153-04... placed fifth at the Arkansas John McDonnell Invite with a 145-06 marking...for the indoor season, threw a personal best 41-07 in the weight throw at the Houston Indoor meet.

2006 Season:

Finished fifth in hammer throw at Dogwood Invitational... Placed eighth in hammer throw at Ole Miss Dual Meets... Posted a personal best 140-04 in hammer throw and took 10th place at UTA Bobby Lane Invitational.

High School:

State runner-up in discus and third in javelin senior season...regional champion in discus and javelin senior season...ninth at state in javelin junior season...part of three district champion track teams...member of Student Council, FBLA, FCA, and National Honor Society...lettered four years in basketball, track, softball, and cheerleading.

Personal:

Only daughter of Kent and Paula Toney...father is an instrument repair man for XTO Energy and mother is a paraprofessional... has a brother, Derek...majoring in health & human performance.
