Played in and started two games before suffering a season-ending injury...scored one goal and one assist on seven shots...her one goal and assist came in the 6-1 win over East Tennessee State in the second game of the season. Redshirted.

Freshman Season (2000)
Played in all 23 games, starting 19...scored four goals on 31 shots with seven assists for 15 points...scored three goals with three assists for nine conference points...led the team and set the school record for assists in a season with seven...third on the team in total points and points in conference play...second on the team in assists in conference play...recorded two assists against Tennessee-Martin...recorded a goal and an assist against Nicholls and McNeese...scored the game-winning goal over McNeese to send Northwestern State to the Southland Conference Tournament Championship game...also scored the game-winning goal against UL Monroe.

High School 
Earned four letters in ringette and three letters in the 60-meter run...attended one of the most recognized high schools in Finland in 1996...as a member of the reporter team for the national newspaper writing competition in 1997, was awarded a trip to Belgium and Holland.

Personal
Born on Oct. 31, 1980...daughter of Esko Myllyluoma...has four siblings: Karlo, Marko, Mia and Janne...her brothers have won several national championships in Finnish baseball...Marko studies architecture at the Helsinki University of Technology and works as an art director at an advertising company...her father is a professor at the Helsinki Institute of Technology...plans to major in business and eventually own design management company.
