2019 Season: Started eight games and appeared in all 12 … tied for fifth on the team with 5.5 tackles for loss and tied for third with three sacks … tied a career high with four tackles and added two quarterback hurries in the Nov. 21 season finale against Stephen F. Austin … had half sacks in back-to-back games at McNeese (Nov. 2) and against Lamar (Nov. 9) … recovered a fumble and had three tackles and a pass breakup against Central Arkansas on Oct. 19 … produced his first career multi-sack game, notching two for 15 yards of losses at Nicholls on Oct. 12 … had a tackle for loss in each of the season’s first two games at UT Martin (Aug. 29) and against Midwestern State (Sept. 7).
2018 Season: Made significant impact as redshirt freshman, appearing in the first 10 games of the season as a reserve buck ... had one sack as part of 3.5 tackles for loss, all in the win at Lamar ... made 15 tackles, including 10 solo stops ... had a season-high four tackles in wins over Grambling and Lamar ... was tied for fourth on the team with three quarterback hurries, including two in the Homecoming win over Houston Baptist.
2017 Season: Redshirted.
High School: All-state selection as a senior … a two-sport athlete at George Bush High School … coached by Allen Aldridge … earned first-team All-District 20-6A and all-state honors as a senior after recording 40 tackles, including eight for loss, six quarterback hurries and two sacks … first-team All-District 23-5A as a junior … also played basketball for Rodney Courtney.
