2019 Cross Country (freshman): Best finish occurred at the SFA Home Opener and the Louisiana Tech Mook 4 Invitational … crossed 14th in each race with times of (15:35.2, 3.2K) and (17:27.8, 4K), respectively … competed in the other three meets, placing 89th at the Southland Conference Championships (28:14.1, 6K). 

High School: Ran varsity cross country three years at Atascocita High ... qualified for 6A regionals twice ... also ran track ... set a school record in the distance medley relay ... graduated with a 3.4 GPA.

Personal: Daughter of Micahel and Gudlaug Composto ... mother Gudlaug and father Michael are project managers ... younger sister of Elva, Cassandra, and Desiree and older sister of Siena ... majoring in nursing ... plans to pursue a nursing career ... hopes to inspire and motivate others while living a happy lifestyle doing what she loves to do.
