2018 Cross Country (sophomore): Finished 33rd in the McNeese Cross Country Season Opener 3K with a time of 12:01...named to the 2018 Fall and 2019 Spring Honor Rolls.

2017 Cross Country (freshman): Finished 17th at the Louisiana Tech Mook Triple Duals with a time of 18:36.4 in the 4K... finished 53rd at the McNeese Cowboy Stampede... 61st Mississippi College Choctaw Open... 80th at the Southland Conference Championships.   

High School: Graduated in 2017 from Mildred High School in Corsicana, Texas… participated in track and field, cross country and volleyball… helped her team qualify for two regional 4x400 events, a 4x400 area event and a 4x200 area event… individually won three district and area championships in the 800 and was a four-time regional qualifier and a three-time area qualifier in events including the 400 and triple jump… led her track and field team as captain and MVP for three years… earned a 3.6 GPA.
 
Personal: Daughter of Raychaun and Samara Ballard… has an older brother, Jeremy… majoring in health and exercise science with the aspiration to be a wellness coach and help people become the best that they can be.
