2013 Outdoor Season: Ran a personal-best 400m time of 49.28 in the prelims at the SLC Championships, placing 14^th… member of the fourth place 4x400 team at the Jim Mize Invitational (3:19.37).

2013 Indoor Season: Ran a personal-best 400m time of 50.66 in the prelims at the SLC Championships… member of the third place 4x400 team (3:25.09) at the LSU Twilight Indoor… ran a season-best 200m time of 24.64 at the McNeese Indoor, placing 12^th.

2012 Outdoor Season: Competed in the 400m, 4x100, 4x200 and 4x400… registered a personal-best 400m time of 49.43 at the SLC Championships to finish 18^th… member of the second-place 4x100 team at the Leon Johnson NSU Invitational (41.23)… ran with the 4x400 team that finished third at the Cowboy Relays (3:20.19).

2012 Indoor Season: Ran a season-best 400m time of 50.67 at the Vulcan Invitational, finishing 22^nd… member of the seventh-place 4x400 team at the SLC Championships (3:21.60)… recorded three top-10 finishes in the 4x400.

2011 Outdoor Season: Ran the 400 meters, 4x400 and the 1600 sprint medley relays... had a best time of 49.25 in the 400s at the Demon Invitational... placed fourth at the LSU Relays in the 1600 sprint medleys.

2011 Indoor Season: Competed in the 400 meters, 4x400 and distance medley relays... had a second place finish in the DMR at the Jeff Davis Bank McNeese II with a time of 11:20.97... had a sixth place finish in the 400 meters at the same meet with a time of 52.57.

High School: Graduated from Natchitoches Central High School.
