2013 Outdoor Season: Ran a personal-best 1500m time of 4:00.84 at the SLC Championships, placing ninth… won the 5000m run at the McNeese Springtime Classic in 15:47.04. 
 
2013 Indoor Season: Competed in the 800m, 1 mile, 3000m, distance medley relay and 4x400 relay… ran a 3000m time of 9:18.28 at the SLC Championships… member of the seventh place distance medley team (10:47.37) at the SLC Championships.

2012 Outdoor Season: Registered a personal-best 800m time of 1:58.90 at the Bobby Lane Invitational, placing 23rd… finished fourth in the 800m at the Cole-Lancon Invitational with a time of 2:00.43… placed 14th in the prelims of the 1500m run at the SLC Championships (4:07.86)… ran a season-best 1500m time of 4:04.34 at the Leon Johnson NSU Invitational, placing fourth… member of the first-place 1600m sprint medley team at the Cowboy Relays… also competed in the 1 mile run and the 4x400 relay. 
 
2012 Indoor Season: Ran a season-best mile time of 4:34.86 at the MSSU Lion Invite, finishing 17th… member of the first-place distance medley team at the McNeese Cowboy Indoor Invite (10:50.08).
 
High School: District 1-5A champion senior year… four-time regional champion and city champion… district 1-5A cross-country champion… mile district champion…second place in the mile at regionals… finished ninth in the state in the mile… compete at the state indoor meet in the 1600m.
 
Personal: Son of Shonda Gladney and Homer Mattox Jr... born March 23, 1993… has three sisters, Shoncherrist Moore, Shaketa Gladney, and Sherica Newson… majoring in rhetoric communication and hopes to join the Air Force after college.
