High School: Lettered all four years in track... won district championship freshman and sophomore seasons in the 4x200m and 4x400m relays... 4x400m relay team finished third at state while 4x200m team took home fourth... sophomore year, 4x400m team placed second at state... individually, finished second in 400m at district, regionals and state in his her sophomore campaign... junior season, took home the district championship in the 200m and finished second in district in the 400m... at regionals, improved to win the 400m before finishing 5th at state... in her last season at NCHS, won district and regional championships in the 400m and finished 2nd in 200m in district... recorded another 5th place finish at state in the 400m...before transferring to Natchitoches Central, set Benton HS relay records in the 400 and 200m races... member of Beta, Students Against Destructive Decisions (SADD) and SGO.
