NATCHITOCHES—Registration is open for a pair of Northwestern State women's basketball Elite Camps in August.

The two camps both take place in late August, with the first camp happening Aug. 22 and the second one on Aug. 29.

The camps are open to girls entering ninth through 12th grades in the fall of 2026.

Both sessions start at noon and last until 4 p.m. and are being held at NSU's Prather Coliseum.

For one of the two sessions, the cost is $85, while campers can attend both sessions for $150.

The camp is focused on player development, as campers will improve and grow as they work toward improving for next season's performance during the camp.

They will receive hands-on instruction and coaching from collegiate coaches and current college student-athletes. They will focus instruction on core fundamental skills such as ball handling, finishing, passing, movement and court vision.
