Jenny Fuller made a splash with the latest addition to the 2026 signing class, picking up one of the most decorated junior college players in country and in program history in Sister Arnold.

At Northwest Florida State
In her first season at Northwest Florida State (2024) she earned six different postseason awards – NJCAA First-Team All-American…NFCA Second-Team All-American…NFCA First-Team Region VIII…First-Team All-FCSAA (Florida College System Activities Association)…Panhandle Conference Player of the Year…First-Team All-Panhandle Conference…Arnold set the single-season program record for RBI with 81 and finished in the top 20 in the country in home runs (20), RBI (81) and total bases (160) helping the Raiders to a Panhandle Conference championship and break eight single-season team offensive records and a new program-best 58 wins.
Arnold batted .398 in her freshman season with a .777 slugging percentage and 1.247 season OPS…the slugging first baseman hit home runs in five straight games at the end of January, driving in 11 runs on 10 total hits and had three different multi-homer games on the year, including and incredible 3-for-4 day with three long balls and eight RBI in an 11-0 win over Tallahassee Community College…she totaled 33 extra-base hits during the season, drew 23 walks and struck out just 11 times in more than 236 plate appearances on the season, Arnold had two or more hits in a game 23 times on the season and drove in multiple runs in a game 19 times.
Through 43 games played this season Arnold is batting .459 with nine home runs and 39 RBI…she has a 5-to-1 walk to strikeout ratio with a slugging percentage of .847 and OPS of 1.417 on the season…she had a career-best 11-game hitting streak in early February where she went 21-for-33 (.636) during the stretch with three home runs and 16 RBI…she already has 15 multi-hit games so far this year and eight multi-RBI games.
At the time of her signing, Arnold and the Raiders have won 26 consecutive games and posted a 42-2 record and 8-0 mark in conference play and are ranked No. 2 in the NJCAA Division I Poll.
High School
Two-sport athlete in softball and volleyball at Liberty County…won the 1A Florida state championship in softball during her senior season of 2023…back-to-back Florida state champion in volleyball during her first two prep seasons.
Personal
Daughter of Staci and Luke Arnold…has one brother, Dillon…plans to major in health and exercise science (kinesiology) and wants to coach softball and/or work as a physical therapist.

"We are excited to add Sister Arnold to our roster for next season," Fuller said. "She is a highly decorated junior college player, and we are fortunate to have someone of her caliber join our program. She adds power in the lineup and utilizes the whole field at the plate and is a versatile player that can play multiple positions. Sister is a high character person and will make an immediate impact for Lady Demon Softball."
Arnold is the fifth junior college signee, eighth overall, for Fuller thus far for the 2026 class. She joins Northwest Florida State teammate Hayden Andrews, Weatherford College teammates Hanna Bartels and Peyton Young and Trinity Valley product Abby Hollingsworth among the JUCO signings.
