CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – For the third time in three weeks Northwestern State has had its weekend Southland Conference series altered due to weather.
Heavy rains in the Corpus Christi area over the past couple of days have over saturated the playing surface at Chapman Field forcing a delay in the start of the series between the Demons and Islanders.
The teams will begin the three-game set with a 12 p.m. doubleheader on Saturday and finish things with a Sunday matinee, also at 12 p.m.
All games will still be streamed on ESPN+.
