NATCHITOCHES -- The Southland Conference opening series between Northwestern State and Lamar has been pushed back one day due to wet field conditions at Lady Demon Diamond following an overnight rain storm.

The series will now begin on Saturday with a doubleheader beginning at 12 p.m., immediately followed by the second game, and conclude with a 12 p.m. start on Sunday afternoon.
