Junior college: While at San Jacinto College, Stacy was all-conference and all-region both years..As a freshman, she was selected to two all-tournament teams...As a sophomore she ranked ninth in the nation for service ace percentage (.84)...She was also selected to two all-tournament teams as a sophomore...She holds the school record for aces in a season (88).

High school: Stacy lettered in volleyball three times...She was captain and MVP of Pearland High's freshman team...As a sophomore, she was all-district honorable mention...Her junior year, she was all-district first team, "Who's Who" in volleyball, and voted "Top 10 in Houston to Watch for in 1993."...Stacy was a member of the Houston Juniors Club Volleyball team for five years and that team went to the national tournament two years, Students Against Drunk Driving for four years, 4-H for nine years, and a member of "Who's Who in American High Schools".

Personal: Stacy is majoring in Social Science Education...Born Stacy Rene Morgenthaler on September 5, 1974...She is the daughter of Tom and Karen Morgenthaler...The youngest of four children, preceded by Tammy (31), Ted (27), and Shannon (25).
