Before NSU: Earned NJCAA Region XIV All-Conference First Team honors... ranked fourth on the team in kills per set with a 2.03 average, third in blocks at 0.63, and fourth in service aces with a 0.28 average... her .337 hitting percentage ranked sixth in the league while it set a new team record.
High School: At Pearland HS, she was a three-time All-District 24-5A performer, earning first team honors her senior and sophomore seasons, and second team as a freshman... All-District Academic all four years... as a senior, she was named Pearland Player of the Year, Pearland MVP, Pearland Team Captain, Brazoria County MVP, Houston Chronicle Third Team All-Greater Houston, Texas Girls Coaches Association All-State Academic Team, and TGCA East All-Star.
Personal: Born November 3, 1989... daughter of Rudy and Dianna Moreno... one sister, Sarah (23)... full name is Holly Elyse Moreno.
