2023 Season (Junior): A team captain, she started and played in 16 contests ... recorded one point on the season, which came on an assist on Taylor Spitzer's goal at LSU ... took 12 shot attempts, five of which were on frame ... attempted a season-high two shots, both of which were on goal, in the win at Jackson State ...also recorded two shot attempts at Nicholls ... also attempted two shots at LSU ... logged at least 80 minutes on six occasions, including all 110 in the Southland Conference Tournament against Lamar ... played all 90 minutes at Houston Christian.
2022 Season (Sophomore): Played in 18 games, starting seven ... Registered her first career point, an assist in the big victory over previously unbeaten Lamar on Oct. 7 ... Attempted five shots with one on frame ... Two of the five shots came in the victory at Lamar ... Logged 656 minutes on the season ... Played a season-high 71 minutes in wins against Texas A&M-Commerce on Oct. 16 and UIW on Oct. 23.
2021 Season (Freshman): Appeared in six matches as a midfielder … totaled 106 minutes with a season-high 32 minutes against Rice … had matches of 20-plus minutes against Louisiana Tech and TAMU-CC … lone shot came against AMCC.
High School/Club: District Midfielder of the Year for a Sachse High team that advanced to the second round of the playoffs … team won at least 16 matches in each of the last three seasons … two-time first-team all-district … member of the National Honor Society and Beta Club … spent seven seasons with Mutiny FC and three seasons with Solar FC.
Personal: Daughter of Amy and Chris Mougia … mom is a teacher and dad is a firefighter … has an older sister Brooke, who was a cheerleader at the University of Texas … going for her master's at NSU after graduating in May from NSU with a degree in health and exercise science … plans to attend physical therapy school to obtain her doctorates and planning to become a licensed physical therapist.
