Biography

Sophomore Season (2011): Appeared in 17 matches, starting nine...tied for fourth on the team with two goals...her two goals scored were both game-winners...also added an assist for five total points scored on the season...took 15 shots with eight being on goal...played 795 minutes on the season.

Freshman Season (2010): Played in 16 games starting seven…scored two goals with no assists for four points… had 10 shots with seven being on goal… the two goals were in back-to-back game against Prairie View A&M and Jackson State, both games being shutout wins… one game winning goal… played 521 minutes.


High School: Honored with the title of “Best Header” in 2006... named 2009 Team Captain and led team to SOSSA finals...Altenburg played club soccer with the St. Catharine’s Jets Soccer Club in which she played for the Junior showcase team in 2007 and made the Senior showcase team in 2008 and 2009...she helped her team to win the Premier championship as a U-15 team as well as a U-17 Elite team...and also to win a 2008 Virginia Tournament and the 2009 Erie P.A. Tournament... an honor roll student since eighth grade ... lettered in volleyball and basketball... and lettered four years in soccer at St. Francis Secondary School.
Altenburg’s Personal: Born June 16, 1992... daughter of Paul Altenburg and Janice Learn... two brothers, Koeman and Charles, and a sister, Skye... majoring in psychology and addiction studies.
