1994-95 Postseason Guide: She has been a team leader and is the heart and soul of the Lady Demon defense .. she defends the opponents' top post player and has done a superb job .. started all 26 games for the Lady Demons this year ... averaging 4.1 points and 4.0 rebounds per game ... her 1.4 blocks per contest ranks fifth in the SLC .. set career highs of 12 points and five blocks vs. North Texas (2/2) ... grabbed nine rebounds in NSU's 76-74 win over McNeese State (2/11) .. scored six points, blocked five shots and had five steals against SFA in SLC tournament championship ... has played four seasons for the Lady Demons despite being asthmatic .. one of three seniors on the team.

1992-93: Gained valuable experience last season, playing in 17 games off the bench ... averaged 7.8 minutes per game, scoring 2.2 points a game and pulling down 2.7 rebounds per contest ... hit 22 of 31 free throws (.710 percentage) for the year, ranking third on the team among players with at least 30 attempts ... finished fifth on the team in blocked shots ... had career highs in five statistical categories, including points (seven against North Texas), rebounds (eight against Sam Houston St), assists (two against Prairie View A&M), steals (four against SHSU) .. was named to the Southland Conference Spring Academic Honor Roll last year as a result of her 3.35 gpa.

1991-92: A pleasant surprise as a walk-on ... saw limited action in seven games, averaging 3.1 minutes court duty ... averaged 1.1 ppg and 1.6 rpg ... tallied career high 3 points against East Texas State (1/7) ... followed that performance up with top rebound game two days later against Southern (1/9), pulling down 4 boards ... shot 67% (4-6) from the free throw line ... successful in the classroom as she posted a 3.6 gpa.

High School: Two-time All-District 2-AAAA selection during her junior and senior year ... also won all-parish and All-Cenla recognition as a junior ... honored as "Scholar Athlete of the Week" by a local TV station ... led the Lady Chiefs in rebounds and blocked shots during her final two prep seasons ... team captain during senior campaign ... registered 71 blocked shots as a senior while serving as team captain ... graduated with a 3.67 GPA ... member of the National Honor Society and Who's Who Among American High School Students ... elected to the NCHS Hall of Fame.

Personal: Daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Baxter ... has a brother, Michael ... majoring in Business Administration .. would like to work for a successful business corporation some day ... enjoys being with friends and watching soap operas.
