Played and started in all 30 matches for NSU... Second on the team in digs with 211 ... third on the team in kills (166) and points (199) ... Fourth on the team in blocks with 29 ... Had 18 aces for the season ... Had five digs or more in 21 of 30 matches ... Had four matches with double-digit digs including a career-high of 18 against Tennessee State on Aug. 29 ... Had a career-high 14 kills against East Texas A&M on Nov. 8 ... Recorded two aces three times this season (Southern Miss, McNeese and Tennessee State.

2024 Season
Appeared in seven matches and 12 total sets...had one dig in two different matches at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (10/12) and against UIW (11/7).

2023 Season
     Southland Commissioner's Honor Roll

Started five matches and appeared in 10 total in her freshman season at NSU...made her collegiate debut and recorded her first career kill against Mississippi State (Aug. 26) on opening weekend...had a season high five kills in her second career match which was against UCLA (Aug. 28)...recorded four kills in the matches against Drake (Sept. 2) and Grambling (Sept. 12) along with three blocks in each of those matches as well...had a season high eight digs against Drake.

High School
Four-year letter winner at Waller HS where she earned all-district honors each year...garnered consecutive first-team all-district awards following her junior and senior campaigns after her second and third straight seasons leading the team in kills...collected more than 650 kills and 600 digs during her prep career with 84 aces as an upperclassman...averaged 3.0 kills per set...as a sophomore Tryon led the team in kills, digs, blocks and aces and was named team MVP...graduated in the Top 5% or her class, earning academic all-district honors all four years and named TGCA 6A Academc All-State as a senior...Tryon was a member of the National Honor Society and a College Board National African American Recognition Program Scholar as a senior.

Personal
Daughter of Nancy and Shawn Tryon...has two brothers, Ty and Tate...dad and uncles, Ron and Cleve Jr., all played football at Southwest Texas (Texas State)...three of her cousins played or currently play Division I sports, Jordan Kotara (VB at UTSA), Hannah Knight (WBB at Sam Houston/St. Mary's), Bayne Tryon (FB at Tulsa)...majoring in business marketing and sports communication...wants to work in sports marketing or at sports media organization like ESPN.
