Kim Hill is entering her first full season as a Lady Demon assistant coach after a stellar playing career with Northwestern.

Hill has been associated with Lady Demon basketball since the 1991 basketball season either as a player or student coach.

Hill graduated from Northwestern in December of 1994 with a degree in health, physical education and recreation. She also earned a teaching certificate, enabling her to teach at the high school level. She became a full-time assistant in January of 1995.

Hill's responsibilities include a recruiting, primarily junior colleges in Texas, gathering scouting information on opponents and assist with day-to-day operations of the women's basketball program.

A two-year starter at Northwestern, Hill has the top two single-season steal totals and ranks fourth on the Lady Demons all-time steal list. She led the Lady Demons in scoring with a 16.2 average in 1991-92, earning All-Southland Conference honors.

Hill transferred to Northwestern from Kilgore Junior College where she guided them to a national championship. Hill averaged 19.1 points and 4.1 steals per game as a sophomore at Kilgore.

A native of Waskom, Texas, Hill participated in track, volleyball, band, cheerleading and drill team as well as playing basketball at Waskom High School. She was named MVP of the basketball and volleyball teams.
