High School: Second-team All-State selection as a sophomore, helping guide New Diana to a regional final appearance … earned honorable mention All-State as a junior … garnered All-East Texas Super Team Newcomer of the Year as a freshman … three-time first-team All-District selection, as final year was canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic … also got it done in the classroom, earning A Honor Roll status, and was a member of the Chemistry Club.
