2020 Season (Senior): Barbazon broke through with her best campaign in the COVID-19-shortened season, leading the team with a .375 batting average in 22 games … hitting out of the nine-hole, Barbazon was more than just a threat to turn the lineup over … ranked third with 17 RBIs and two home runs to pair with a team-best .485 on-base percentage … second-best slugging percentage at .536 with a double and a triple … hit a grand slam against Valpo that widened a one-run lead … smashed an inside-the-park home run against Evansville … had a .500 batting average after the first three weekends (17-33) … three three-hit games (Valpo, UAPB and Jacksonville State) … two four-RBI games against Valpo and UAPB … scored three runs vs. UAPB … five multi-hit games and had a six-game hitting streak.
2019 Season (Junior): Moved to centerfield and started all 57 games, her third position in as many seasons … tied for a team-high four triples and second with eight doubles … second on the team in hits (43),  runs scored (34) and walks (23) … lead-off hitter for the first two months of the season, hit second for the majority of the other games … hit over .300 early, finished at .246 … perfect 11-for-11 on stolen base attempts … 14 RBIs, including the game-tying RBI in an eventual win vs. RV Boise State … homered against Abilene Christian … RBI triple at Lamar that was part of six-run seventh inning … tied career high in runs scored (3) vs. Prairie View A&M … tied career high in hits (3) vs. Seton Hall … nine multiple-hit games with six in SLC play.
2018 Season (Sophomore): Moved to first base and started all 53 games … batted .245 with a team-high three triples … added five doubles and two home runs … 19 RBIs was fifth on the team … 7-of-9 stolen bases, tied for third on the team … 26 runs scored was third on the team … spent the first month as the No. 2 hole batter, hit No. 5 or No. 6 for most of the second half of the season … had a great March in which she raised her batting average nearly 50 points to .329, but struggled in April … hit .220 in conference play … had a pair of three-hit games at Abilene Christian and against A&M-Corpus Christi, the latter with a season-high three RBIs … seven multi-hit games with four multi-RBI games … scored a career-high three runs at Texas Tech, also homered in that game … other home run came in an SLC Tournament win vs. Abilene Christian.
2017 Season (Freshman): Utility player that made 16 pitching appearances and 37 overall … as a hitter, started seven of first eight games before starting the last 13 games (22 total starts as a position player) … hit .254 and led the team with a .377 on-base percentage … usually played right field when not pitching … added 13 RBIs … exploded for career-high four RBIs on 3-for-3 batting that led to her reinsertion into the starting lineup … recorded four hits and three RBIs in the SLC Tournament … bases-clearing triple supplied three RBIs against ULM … had three multi-RBI games and five multi-hit games … had 13 walks to seven strikeouts … as a pitcher, made 16 appearances with one start … went 2-2 with a 3.71 ERA and a save, striking out 13 in 39 2/3 … three-inning save sealed series win at Southeastern … earned relief wins against Grambling (two scoreless innings) and Western Michigan (one earned run in three innings) … longest outing was 5 1/3 innings (0 earned runs) in a loss to Nicholls … took a loss in her only start, allowing one earned run in three innings against Central Arkansas.
High School: All-State selection that racked up three-time all-district and three All-Metro (Times-Picayune) teams at Belle Chasse High School … Played in the LHSAA All-Star Game … Totaled 188 RBIs in her three seasons … Hit .573, .535 and .524 in her last two seasons … Played twice in the Class 4A State Tournament, reaching semifinals twice … Three-sport standout was an all-district basketball and volleyball player … Voted Belle Chasse and West Bank Quarterback Club Athlete of the Year … Member of Younglife and Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
