2021 Season: Started and appeared in 40 games at second base for on the year ... hit .302, third best on the team, with four home runs, 27 RBIs, with a team-best .491 slugging percentage and team-leading 11 stolen bases ... had 20 of her 35 hits in the second half of the season with six multi-hit games ... reached base in 13 of the first 16 games of the season ... had a career doubleheader day against Southeastern where she went 6-for-7 on the day with two doubles, a triple, homerun and 10 RBIs ... went 2-for-3 with an RBI-double and grand slam (six total RBI) in the first game against Southeastern ... was 4-for-4 with a double and triple scoring three runs in the second game ... hit a 2-out, full-count walk-off grand slam in the bottom of the eighth against SIU-Edwardsville ... had back-to-back three-hit games at Nicholls going 6-for-8 overall with a homerun and three RBIs ... hit a double and a homerun and scored three runs in the 15-2 win at Lamar ... reached base safely in the final 15 games of the season with 18 hits and 15 walks.
2020 Season: Jones had begun to get on track in the final week of the COVID-19 shortened season … had three hits and four RBIs in her final four games … homered against Grambling and had two RBIs in a tight win … opened the season with three RBIs, including a two-run home run vs. UMass Lowell … second on the team with two home runs and 17 runs scored … tied for team-best 17 walks … second on team with 7-7 stolen bases … four multi-hit games, including Houston … Preseason Southland Conference First Team.
2019 Season: Second-Team All-Southland Conference second baseman who followed up a great freshman season with a notable sophomore campaign … SLC All-Tournament team member who led NSU to a 2-2 mark … hit .375 with a .643 on-base percentage in the SLC Tournament, including a three-run home run against Lamar … ranked top 10 in the SLC in nine different categories, including tied for league lead in walks (36), second in runs scored (41) and second in on-base percentage (.479) … led team in nine different categories, including hits (55), doubles (11), home runs (9) and RBIs (35) … SLC Hitter of Week (April 1) with 10 RBIs on six hits in four games … her 36 walks tied for second in NSU's single-season program records ... the 10 hit-by-pitches tied for fifth in NSU single-season history ... her 46 walks/hit-by-pitches is the most in NSU single-season history provided tying run against Grambling in eventual win before a grand slam and two-run double helped NSU to pair of wins vs. Southeastern in a sweep … homered at SHSU to help NSU take 2 of 3 on road … homered at Arkansas, vs. HBU, Southeastern (twice) and La. Tech … three-RBI double at Lamar that was part of six-run seventh inning … 13 multi-hit games, including a four-hitter vs. Nevada that tied a career-high … had three hits in wins vs. SLU and ACU … 11 multi-RBI games, including 4 vs. SLU and four more with three RBIs.
2018 Season: An NFCA First-Team All-Region selection and All-American finalist who had arguably the best freshman season in NSU history … named the All-Louisiana Freshman of the Year and an All-Louisiana first teamer by the Louisiana Sports Writers Association … selected to First-Team All-Southland Conference as a second baseman … her slugging percentage (.714) was the best-ever for an NSU freshman, sixth-best overall in NSU history … other statistics in which she ranked in the top three for NSU freshmen: .378 batting average (second best), 10 home runs (second best), 29 walks (second best), 41 runs scored (third best) … walks and runs scored ranked seventh and ninth in overall NSU history ... tied team-high with 36 RBIs … hit in the No. 3 hole for most of the season, but went to the leadoff spot after an injury to Sidney Salmans … hit over .400 for most of the season, including .414 at the end of April before a May slump … career-high four hits, five RBI and two home runs (including grand slam) in win vs. McNeese … homered vs. Baylor, Lamar, Louisiana Tech, SFA, Nicholls and UAPB … hit .424 in 13 games vs. the RPI Top 75 … SLC Hitter of Week (Week 2) in which she had 10 hits and nine RBIs in an 8-0 week … had a 22-game reached base streak that spanned March and April … team-high .525 on-base percentage … had eight RBIs in a three-game sweep of Lamar … in SLC Tournament, her triple started rally against ACU … her home run pulled NSU to within one run of McNeese in eventual loss … 12 multi-hit games and 10 multi-RBI games … had four RBIs in pair of SFA wins and two RBIs in Memphis win … finalist for SLC Freshman of the Year.
