Zac Bayor was promoted to assistant strength and conditioning coach in July after Administrative Graduate Assistant • Defense spending one year as a graduate assistant with the Northwestern State strength and conditioning staff.
Bayor assists with football and is the primary strength and conditioning coach for baseball and volleyball.
A four-year baseball letterman at Glenville State, Bayor came to Northwestern following an internship at the niversity of Maryland where he worked with the Terrapins' football team.
Bayor followed his playing career by working as a student intern on the Glenville State strength and conditioning staff. Bayor brings a sports science background to the Northwestern staff, working with live capture GPS, laser gaets and more.
Bayor earned his undergraduate degree in exercise science from Glenville State and is pursuing a master's degree in sport administration at Northwestern State.
