Steel Henry enters his second season as Northwestern State’s player personnel and football operations administrative graduate manager.
Henry, a 2016 sport administration graduate from LSU, assists the Demons staff in all facets of day-to-day operations of the NSU football program, including gameday operations, organizing team itineraries for both home and road games, organizing official and unofficial visits and the organization and operation of the Coaches Cabinet Association.
Before joining the NSU staff, Henry spent two seasons as a student recruiting/player personnel assistant at LSU.
While with the Tigers, Henry assisted coaches with research and development inside the recruiting department, the evaluation of prospective student-athletes and the hosting of official and unofficial visits.
During his time at LSU, Henry also assisted with the management and implementation of LSU’s Junior Day, Boys From the Boot recruiting event and the Tigers’ two high school summer camps.
