2022 Outdoor Season: Excelled as a hurdler and relay specialist, scoring in two events at the SLC Championships … ran a leg of the gold medal 4x100 team that finished in 45.97 … finished sixth in the 100 hurdles with a 14.02 … personal record 13.98 in the hurdles to place second at NSU … added a 13.99 to take fourth at SFA … personal bests of 12.29 in the 100 (TCU) and 24.94 in the 200 (Texas State).
2022 Indoor Season: Found the podium for the first time in her career with a silver medal in the 60 hurdles with a 8.78 at the SLC Championships … personal best 8.68 in the SLC prelims to advance to the finals … competed in the 100 (10^th) and 200 (13^th) at the conference championships … personal record 7.73 in the 60 at Texas Tech (18^th) … best regular season result was a seventh in the 60 hurdles at Texas A&M.

2021 Outdoor Season: Competed in seven events as a sprinter and hurdler … at the Southland Conference Championships, placed 11^th in the 100 hurdles … personal record was 14.61 at Texas State (eighth) … ran the 400 hurdles once, clocking 1:08.75 at the Texas Relays … ran the 200 once, clocking a 25.75 at NSU (eighth) … part of one 4x400 relay that won the Ice Breaker Classic.
2021 Indoor Season: Finished sixth in the 60 hurdles finals at the Southland Conference Indoor Championships with a 9.08 … ran a career-best 9.00 in the 60 hurdles prelims, placing fifth … competed in three meets in the 60 hurdles and once in the 60 meters … clocked a 9.25 and a 9.51 in the 60 hurdles  at the LSU Louisiana Invite, placing eighth in the finals with the latter time … At the Texas A&M Ted Nelson Invitational, finished 17^th in the 60 hurdles with a 9.76.

2020 Outdoor Season: Season canceled due to Covid-19 pandemic.
2020 Indoor Season: Competed primarily in the 60 meter hurdles during the year with one run of the 200 at the Texas A&M Invitational ... ran a season-best time of 9.24 in the Southland Conference Indoor Championships in the hurdles ... had two other sub 9.50 times on the season at the Texas A&M Invitational (9.30) and the Houston G5-Super 22 Invitational (9.25) ... only run of the 200 came at the Texas A&M Invitational where she clocked a 26.30.

2019 Outdoor Season: Competed in the 100 and 400 meter hurdles as well as the 4x200 meter relay… placed seventh in the 100 meter hurdles at the Leon Johnson NSU Invitational with a personal best 15.15… part of the 4x200 meter relay team that placed first at the McNeese State Cowboy Relays (1:39.39).
2019 Indoor Season: Competed in the 200 meters, the 60 meter hurdles, and the 4x400 meter relay… placed fourth in the 60 meter hurdles at the Sooner Challenge with a personal best 9.15.

High School: Her 4x200 relay team placed sixth at the state championships (2018)...Her 4x400 relay team placed fourth at the state championships (2018)...Also played basketball for two seasons.....Held a 3.3 GPA.

Personal: Daughter of Claudine and John Carswell....Is the sister of John (14), Jalen (10), and Ashley (22)...She plans to go to nursing school following her NSU career and become a nurse anesthetist.
