Biography

2017 Cross Country Season: Placed 11th at the La Tech Mook Triple Duals with a 17:45.0 time in the 4k. Finished 34th at the McNeese Cowboy Stampede, 29th at the Mississippi College Choctaw Open, and 67th at the Southland Conference Championships.
 
High School: Graduated in 2015 with a 3.9 GPA…Four-year letter-winner in cross country, track and field, and three years in tennis…Coached by Chris Maggio for cross country and Willie Paz for tennis - both former Demons.
 
Personal: Daughter of Leslie and Ken Heard…She has two brothers, Zach and Noah….Nursing major with plans to become a nurse anesthetist….Born September 15, 1997.
