2022 Season (Graduate): Named First Team All-Southland Conference ... Helped lead a back line that held opponents to five or fewer shots in 13 of the 19 games, including 11 of the 12 games in league play ... Contributed to a defense that compiled eight shutouts ...Tallied one goal and one assist on the year for three points ... The goal came in the regular season opener at Louisiana Tech and the assist came in the win over Nicholls ... Played a big role in back-to-back shutouts of previously undefeated Lamar and Nicholls, which helped earn her SLC Defender of the Week ... Attempted a season-high two shots, both of which were on goal, in the 1-0 win over UIW ... Also had two shot attempts in the SLC Tournament contest against Texas A&M-Commerce ... Fifth on the team in minutes for field players ... Logged all 110 minutes in the SLC Tournament game against TAMUC ... Played all 90 minutes 11 times.
2021 Season (Senior): Southland Conference Defender of the Year for the third straight season … All-Louisiana First Team … SLC All-Academic First Team … led a backline that helped NSU to a single-season record 12 shutouts, which was second nationally … helped pitch two shutouts to win the SLC Tournament … part of a defense that allowed just four goals in 14 SLC matches … defense allowed 12 shots per game with .459 on-goal percentage … started in all 20 matches with a team-high 1,827 minutes (for a position player) … scored one goal with two assists with nine of her 18 shots finding the frame … goal came against AMCC in a 2-0 win … assisted NSU’s goal against Arkansas in the NCAA Tournament, the Lady Demons first NCAA Tourney goal … other assist came against Nicholls.
2020 Season (Junior): Honored as the Southland Conference Defender of the Year for the second consecutive season … second appearance on the United Soccer Coaches All-Midwest Team and LSWA All-Louisiana Team ... First-Team All-Conference recognition … started 12 of 13 matches, and participated in the fourth most minutes played (1,132) … played an essential role in the defensive third for a team that allowed six goals, which was tops in the Southland Conference, and a school record for a single season … her play helped NSU boast a shutout percentage of .643, which was 15th best in the nation … helped pitch a school record nine shutouts, including six straight ... also recorded five shots, two against Nicholls, and three of those five were on target.
2019 Season (Sophomore):
Named conference's Defender of the Year, and was a first team All-Conference selection...voted to the United Soccer Coaches All-Midwest region second team...chosen to the All-Louisiana first team...named to the Academic All-Conference first team...one of two Lady Demons to start all 22 contests...second in minutes with 1,916...played at least 90 minutes in 12 of the 22 matches...played a career-high 110 minutes against UL Lafayette...scored her first career goal in the conference tournament title game against Lamar...was a leader for the back line, getting everybody organized, and stopped opposing attacks before a shot could be taken...helped allow just 1.27 goals and 8.5 shots per game...surrendered one goal or fewer 17 times in 22 matches...part of eight shutouts, which was the most in a season for NSU since 2009...attempted seven shots with four being on goal, including three and two, respectively, against Lamar in the title game
2018 Season (Freshman):Â
Started all 20 matches as a true freshman, playing a team-high 1,674 minutes … known for her ability to play the ball in thwarting offensive attacks … part of a back line that allowed 1.60 goals and nine shots per game … of NSU’s 20 games, held opponents to one goal or fewer 11 times … part of five shutouts (TAMU-CC, Southeastern, Southern, Jackson State, LSU-Alexandria)  … played the entire match in 17 contests … played a career-high 104 minutes against Nicholls.
High School/Club: A three-time all-district selection as a right midfielder and right back from Klein Oak High … earned newcomer of the year as a sophomore … her first all-district selection came at Lake Minneola High in Florida … in club, played the last three years with the Challenge Soccer Club after two years with the Florida Rush  …. graduated with a 3.5 GPA from Klein Oak High.

Personal: Daughter of Jennifer Mills-Henry and Noel Henry … twin sister Natalee is also an NSU defender … one other sister Kelsian  … industrial engineering technology major who aims to go to graduate school and obtain a position which helps the environment after a professional soccer career.
