• Poured in a team-high 22 points in just 18 minutes during an exhibition win over York University in NSU’s August swing through the Toronto area.
• hit 6 of 8 shots overall, 3 of 4 on 3s, and made 7-10 at the FT line against York.
• added 9 points and 7 assists in a junior varsity win, 83-69, over York before the varsity contest, won by NSU 103-84.
• one night later, scored 13 points in a 90-71 exhibition win over Waterloo.
• capped the Canadian swing by scoring 10 in a hard-fought 85-80 triumph over Toronto, which had beaten UNLV on a neutral court a few days earlier.


High School:
• Named the 2016 Beaumont Enterprise Super Gold Boys Basketball Most Valuable Player as a senior.
• averaged 15.6 points, 7.6 rebounds, 7.4 assists, 5.4 steals and three blocks a game as a senior.
• helped lead Ozen to Class 5A Region III title game where he put up a 26 point performance in the loss.
• team climbed as high as  No. 7 in the MaxPreps Texas Top 25 Basketball Rankings during his senior season.
