2012 Season: Competed in three of seven meets for NSU...was the fifth runner for the Lady Demons at the SLC Championships, finishing the 6000m course in 25:36.7 and placing 61st. 

2011 Season: Competed in all seven meets for the Lady Demons...registered three top-10 performances...placed fourth at the La Tech Mook 4 meet, completing the 4400m course in 18:50...finished sixth at the Demon Invitational with a 3 mile time of 19:53.3 and placed 7th at the NSU Invitational, covering the 6000m course in 25:09.6...was the third runner for the Lady Demons at the SLC Championships, running the 6000m race in 24:18.2 and placing 65th. 

High School: Three-sport letterman in cross country (3), track (4) and basketball (4)…from her freshman to junior year, basketball team made three consecutive appearances in the state playoffs while Aly was selected to the 2^nd Team All-District All-Academic team as a senior…from her sophomore through senior season, Aly was a regional qualifier in cross country and recorded a personal best time of 12:25 in her final year of high school….as a freshman, she posted a time of 2:22 in the 800m regional event…three years later, she shaved three seconds off her time at the 800m regional event and recorded a personal-best mile time of 5:27…earned Academic Excellence honors through high school...graduated in the top ten percent of the 2011 class with a 3.78 G.P.A.
