Prior to NSU: Transfer from Lincoln University … finished second as a member of the 4x400 relay team in the NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships … also finished sixth at the outdoor championships in the 400-meter hurdles, clocking a 50.70 … found the podium three times at the GLVC Outdoor Championships, winning the gold in 400-meter dash (47.02) and as a member of the 4x400 relay team (3:13.17) and bronze in the 400-meter hurdles (53.94) … took home gold at the GLVC Indoor Championships as a member of the 4x400 relay (3:17.70) … also competed at Vincennes University … earned a bronze in the NJCAA Division I Outdoor Championships as a freshman in the 400 hurdles (52.06).
 
High School: Was a standout in track & field and basketball at St. Augustine’s College High … helped team win Baiss Championship three times … team won high school nationals as a senior … finished 23rd at Penn Relays 4x400 and 16^th as a junior … named most outstanding under-20 male athlete as a senior … qualified for Carifta games in 400-meter dash and 400-meter hurdles … also qualified for Carifta 400 hurdles as a freshman and sophomore … helped basketball team to a pair of perfect 12-0 seasons, including a runner-up finish as a freshman.
 
Personal: Son of Claudette Joseph and Eribert Laguerre … has six brothers (Wilkin Joseph, Jerry Laguerre, Bransion Kemp, Winson Laguerre, Kenson, Odney) and one sister (Yvonette Gue) … general studies major who would like to become a hotel manager at a resort in The Bahamas and be a private chef as a side job.
