2025 Outdoor Season: Capped off a tremendous NSU career by earning Second Team All-America honors in the 400-meter dash after clocking a 51.80 at nationals to place 15th ... punched her ticket to nationals, clocking a 51.68 in the 400 dash at the NCAA East First Round to finish third in her heat to earn an automatic spot ... also nearly made the 4x400 relay as well, finishing 13th at regionals with a season-best 3:31.79 ... made the quarterfinals in the 400 at the NCAA East by winning her heat with a time of 51.52 ... All-Louisiana in the 400-meter dash and both the 4x100 and 4x400 relays ... 2024 Indoor Season: Earned points at the Southland Conference Championships in the 200-meter dash, 400-meter dash and as a member of the 4x400 relay team ... in the 4x400, they cruised to the gold medal ... also earned points finishing fourth in the 400 (54.69) and sixth in the 200 (24.57) ... ran a season-best 24.03 in the conference prelims in the 200 ... posted a season-best 7.64 in the 60 at the Crimson Elite ... ran a season-best 54.63 in the 400 at the Jarvis Scott Open ... clocked a season-best 7.76 in the 60-meter dash at the Samford Invitational ... part of the 4x400 relay team that came on top at Samford with a time of 3:42.10 ... ran a 24.38 in the 200-meter dash at Samford to earn second place ... ran a 7.78 in the 60-meters in the season opener at the LSU Purple Tiger.
2023 Outdoor Season: Reached the NCAA East prelims in both the 400-meters and as a member of the 4x400 relay team ... Ran a 53.55 at the prelims, finishing 16th, and the 4x400 team DQ'd ... Made the podium four times at the Southland Conference championships, including twice as part of relay teams ... Earned the gold in the 400-meters with a 52.79 and bronze in the 200-meters, running a 23.67 ...Member of both the 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams, which claimed the gold ... The 4x400 team clocked a season-best 3:35.77 ... Ran a leg in the 4x100 relay that posted a season-best 44.83 at the West Texas A&M Last Chance meet ... Clocked a season-best 52.73 in the 400-meters at the Michael Johnson Invitational ... Placed fifth in the Bobcat Invitational in the 200, running a season-best 23.55 ... Won the 400 at the Battle on the Bayou with a 53.19 ... Finished second at the Leon Johnson NSU Invitational in the 400 (53.20) and the 4x100 (45.63) ... Won the 400 at the TCU Alumni Invitational with a time of 54.71 and finished second with a 45.62 in the 4x100.
2023 Indoor Season: Competed in four events in the indoor season ... Member of the women's 4x400 relay team that clinched NSU's first women's track & field team title with a second place finish in the Southland Conference Championships ... Took home gold in the 400-meters at the SLC Championships with a time of 59.97 ... Posted personal bests in the 200 (24.25), 400 (54.15) and 4x400 relay (3:42.53) at the Tyson Invitational ... Member of the women's 4x400 relay team that finished first at the Pittsburg State Invitational ... Also won the 400-meters in Pittsburg with a time of 55.83 ... Posted a personal best in the 60-meters with a time of 7.80 at Pittsburg State.
2022 Outdoor Season: Came extremely close to sweeping the 400 meter SLC titles, but ultimately finished second in outdoor with a 55.13 … ran a personal record 54.63 in the prelims … added a gold medal in the 4x400 relay with a 3:44.63 … scored points in the 200 meters with a sixth-place effort at 24.73 … in the 400, four top-10 finishes which included a win at SFA (55.08) and a second-place at NSU (54.90) … ran a 200 personal record 23.88 at NSU to place fourth … ran in the 4x400 relay at Texas Relays, clocking a 3:50.02 to place 22nd.
2022 Indoor Season: Captured gold in the 400 meters at the SLC Championships with a season-best 55.96, becoming the second NSU true freshman to win an event at SLC Indoors in program history … finished ninth in the 200 at the SLC Championships with a 25.21 … season-best 24.77 in the 200 to finish third at Texas Tech … started her career with a third-place finish in the 400 (56.46) and followed with a sixth at Texas A&M.
High School: Competed as a sprinter at Pineville High ... won gold in Class 5A in the 400, clocking a 55.90 in 2019 ... claimed silver in the 200 in the same championship meet, finishing in 24.72.
