NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State head football coach Blaine McCorkle will introduce the newest Demons on Thursday at Merci Beaucoup Restaurant.
 
Northwestern's 2026 Newcomer Class Luncheon will take place at 11:30 inside the restaurant located at 127 Church Street in Natchitoches.
 
Cost for attendance is $20 and includes lunch from a limited menu.
 
In addition to lunch, McCorkle will detail the 22 new additions to the Demons' roster – a group that was announced earlier this week. Included in that group are 10 transfers from Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) schools, four FCS transfers, four junior college transfers and a pair of players from Division II programs.
 
The luncheon is open to all fans, NSU alumni and community members.
