NATCHITOCHES – The five remaining Northwestern State home basketball games in December have something for everyone who comes to Mike McConathy Court at Prather Coliseum.
 
For the remainder of the calendar year, one child 12 and under will receive free admission with the purchase of every adult ticket.
 
Additionally for the final five home games of the calendar year – beginning with the men's Saturday 1 p.m. matchup against Southern-New Orleans – Northwestern athletics will be collecting non-perishable items for the NSU Food Pantry, which helps feeds students on Northwestern State's campus.
 
With the holiday break coming, numerous students who cannot return home rely on the food pantry for meals throughout the end of the year.
 
All items can be dropped off in the lobby of Prather Coliseum ahead of single games Saturday, Sunday and Dec. 29 and during the Dec. 31 doubleheader against Stephen F. Austin.
