NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State's Wednesday baseball game at LSU-Alexandria has been canceled because of field conditions at Generals Field.
 
Heavy rain throughout Monday and into Tuesday morning left the field in an unplayable state.
 
Northwestern State's game at Grambling tonight remains scheduled for 6 p.m. The Demons return home at 6:30 p.m. Friday to face Southeastern in the opener of a three-game Southland Conference series.
