NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State's game against Alcorn has been postponed by the threat of inclement weather Friday night.
 
The teams will make up the game as part of a 1 p.m. Saturday doubleheader at Brown-Stroud Field.
 
This is the fourth rainout/postponement of the season for the Demons, who were set to start a season-long, nine-game homestand.
 
Additionally, NSU's game against Lamar, which originally was scheduled for March 16, has been moved up one day to March 15. First pitch for that game is set for 6 p.m. at Brown-Stroud Field.
