NATCHITOCHES -- The NCAA's best wind-legal women's long jump of the season, by Northwestern State's
Jasmyn Steels, was one of four NCAA top 25 performances Friday by NSU competitors at the Leon Johnson NSU Invitational. Her 21-3 1/2 set the school record and broke the meet record.
The Demons' 4x100 meter relay team clocked the country's 13th-best time (39.51) this spring.

Kelsey Frank threw a career best 163-5 to win the javelin, a mark that is 24th nationally and just three feet from the 20-year-old school record by Regina Roe.

Tremayne Flagler ran a personal record 13.98 to capture the men's 110 meter hurdles. That time ranks 25th in the NCAA this season.
