NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State fans wanting tickets to Saturday evening's Southland Conference football game at Central Arkansas can purchase seats in the NSU section through the NSU athletic ticket office until Friday evening.
 
Tickets are $15 for the NSU section at Estes Stadium. It is homecoming for UCA and a near-capacity crowd is expected at the 9,000-seat facility in the heart of the UCA campus in Conway, Ark.
 
The NSU athletic ticket office is open 9-5 daily in the NSU athletic fieldhouse, located at the south end of Turpin Stadium on the NSU campus. Telephone orders using a credit card can be made by calling 318-357-4268, said associate athletics director Adam Jonson.
 
Tickets not picked up during purchase at NSU can be claimed at the NSU player will call check-in at Estes Stadium on the northeast corner of the stadium, Saturday afternoon. Kickoff is 6:05 between the Demons and Bears.
 
There is no official NSU tailgating event at the game, but Demon fans are welcome to tailgate on the UCA campus.
 
The optimal location for visiting tailgaters is the parking lot north of the baseball field. All of Bruce Street adjacent to Estes Stadium is blocked off and those tailgating spots are sold out.
 
Access to the baseball lot is off College Ave., said UCA assistant athletics director Steve East. That parking lot is free and open. UCA's baseball team is playing its fall World Series, so fans are advised to park away from the outfield fence. From that location, fans will have only a short walk past the baseball field to Estes Stadium.
