OXFORD, Miss. – The Northwestern State women's soccer team continues its five-game road swing with the second match of the trip when the Lady Demons take on Ole Miss at 7 o'clock in the Ole Miss Soccer Stadium.

NSU (0-2-0) is coming off losses to Texas State and Top 10 ranked Baylor a weekend ago.  The Rebels (2-0-0) opened the season with an undefeated weekend against Louisiana-Lafayette and Alabama-Birmingham.

Senior forward Yanci Johnson scored the first goal of the season for Northwestern State in the 3-1 loss to Texas State.  Freshman Johanna Sigvardsson was credited with the assist to Johnson, which gave her the first point of her career.

Ole Miss showed a very complete approach with nine goals in its first two matches while it only allowed two.  The Rebels gave up only 12 shots, but took 38 attempts.

Jennifer Miller leads Ole Miss in goals with three, and five other players have scored on the year.

Game three of the five-match road swing will be at Louisiana-Lafayette on Sunday at 1 o'clock in the Cajuns Soccer Facility.
